How can we help?
1) App Issues / Bug Reports
If the app does not work as expected, please send us a message with:
- Device model (e.g., Galaxy S25 Ultra / iPhone 15 Pro)
- OS version (Android / iOS)
- AQUAL app version
- A short description of the issue and steps to reproduce it
- Screenshots or a screen recording (if available)
- The test type you were using (e.g., Drinking Water)
2) Feedback / Feature Requests
We welcome feedback and suggestions.

Account Deletion (In-App)
You can delete your AQUAL account directly in the app at any time.
Steps to delete your account
- Open the AQUAL app
- Tap Profile (bottom menu)
- Tap Delete Account
- Tap Yes to confirm
What happens after deletion
- Your AQUAL account will be deleted and cannot be recovered.
- If you need assistance with account deletion, please contact us at cs@leebio.co.kr.
Data deletion & retention
- Data deleted: account information (e.g., email/login), profile information, and user-generated data within the app (such as test history), if applicable.
- Retention: Some technical logs or backup copies may be retained for up to 30 days for security and system integrity, then permanently deleted. (Adjust if your actual retention policy is different.)
